The Sheraton Dallas Hotel, downtown Dallas’ largest hotel, has completed the final phase of a multimillion-dollar renovation. The project updated all 1,840 guest rooms, public areas, food and beverage outlets, and 230,000 square feet of meeting space. FlickMars served as designer, DLR Group as architect, and Swinerton as general contractor.

Bright Realty recently received City of Lewisville approval to proceed with build-out of its Crown Centre mixed-use development. Situated on 140 acres at the southwest corner of SH 121 Business and the SH 121 frontage road, Crown Centre is planned to include up to 2,000 multifamily units, three million square feet of office space, up to 500 hotel rooms, covered parking, three open spaces with lakes and trails, outdoor event space and about 140,000 square feet of non-residential commercial uses including retail. A four-story Class A office building with 109,000 rentable square feet at the southern end of the development is already under construction and is approximately 60 percent complete with targeted delivery in mid-2020.
