Wade Bowlin Joins Lee & Associates, Market briefs

In Houston, Wade Bowlin, former principal and managing director of the Houston office of Avison Young, has joined the Lee & Associates, Houston commercial real estate services firm.

Bowlin is a 30-year veteran of commercial real estate and been a leader in Houston landlord representation, previously serving as president of the central division of PM Realty Group. At Avison Young, he oversaw all brokerage operations.

Bowlin also was involved in managing the 41-story 5555 San Felipe office tower, which was owned by Starwood Property Trust and being considered for conversion into residential, by Starwood CEO Barry Sternlicht.
