(Realty News Report) – HOUSTON – Transwestern Commercial Services has announced that John Ferruzzo and Nick Peterson, both formerly with NAI Partners, have joined Transwestern to strengthen its Occupier Solutions and Investment Sales offerings for industrial users and investors nationwide. Ferruzzo was recently honored as Industrial Broker of the Year by the Houston chapter of NAIOP.
HOUSTON – Hines unveiled a new structure for its investment management platform focused on developing, acquiring and operating real estate assets globally in partnership with institutional and retail investors. The platform will be co-led by Global Chief Investment Officer David Steinbach and Capital Markets CEO Chris Hughes. They will be joined by three regional Chief Investment Officers who will oversee investment strategies across the Americas, Europe and Asia: Alfonso Munk, Alex Knapp and Lee Timmins.
HOUSTON – Ryan Searle, formerly of NAI Partners in Houston, has joined Cushman & Wakefield in Denver. Searle will work with the McManus Industrial Team at Cushman & Wakefield in Colorado.
HOUSTON – Lee & Associates – Houston, a national leader in commercial real estate services, announced the promotion of John Erck from associate to director.
AUSTIN – Anish Michael has been named CEO of Firmspace, the Austin-based co-working company.
AUSTIN – Kristin Armenia has been appointed business development director at Douglas Elliman Texas, the residential brokerage that recently entered the Texas market.
