HOUSTON – Liberty Property Trust has engaged Transwestern to manage leasing for Legacy at Fallbrook, a 206,808-square-foot office building located in northwest Houston.
Developed by Liberty Property Trust, a real estate investment trust based in Malvern, Pennsylvania, the five-story building opened in 2015.
Transwestern leasing agents Eric Anderson, Tyler Garrett and Parker Burkett are overseeing the property at 10720 W. Sam Houston Parkway N.

The building is LEED Gold certified and lists Stewart Title among its tenants.
Each floor provides approximately 43,000 square feet of space. The property sits along Beltway 8 in Northwest Houston, with direct access from both Beltway 8 and Fallbrook Drive, providing convenient entry and exit for tenants and visitors.
