The seller, Eastbourne Fry & 529 LP, sold the tract to K-Tung, LLC.

The site sits just south of the Fry Road and FM 529 intersection, immediately adjacent to the Fiesta supermarket.

The buyer was represented by Tri Tran of RE/MAX Alliance. Christopher D. Winters and William J. Byrd of Colliers International represented the seller in the transaction.
