HOUSTON – Transwestern Development has entered the Houston multifamily market with a distinctive new project in the Tanglewood neighborhood.
The Hayworth, an upscale eight-story community developed by Transwestern, has begun welcoming its first residents. The property is located at 1414 Wood Hollow Drive, near the corner of Voss Road and Woodway.
Designed by 5G Studio Architects and managed by Greystar Management Services, The Hayworth offers a total of 246 units with a range of floor plans to suit different needs. Apartment sizes start at approximately 934 square feet for one-bedroom layouts and extend to larger residences of about 2,324 square feet that include three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a flexible living space. In addition to the apartment residences, the project will add 10 townhomes in 2018, each beginning at 1,986 square feet.
This development marks Transwestern Development’s first multifamily project in Houston. The company has previously completed apartment developments in other markets and is expanding its footprint with The Hayworth’s upscale offering and convenient Tanglewood location.
