Real Estate Professionals Featured in Realty News Report

HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – Jon Farris has been appointed vice chairman at Stream Realty Partners. A longtime presence in the Houston industrial market and formerly with CBRE, Farris has represented tenants, buyers and sellers across numerous transactions. He has earned recognition from NAIOP, which named him Industrial Broker of the Year on multiple occasions.


HOUSTON – Carter Bechtol has been named partner and head of Triten Residential, a division of Triten Real Estate Partners. Bechtol joins Triten from Stanmore Partners, where he served as managing principal for a multifamily development firm active in Texas and Florida. At Triten, he will oversee all multifamily initiatives, including sourcing development and acquisition opportunities, guiding conceptual planning and working closely with investors and lenders.


DALLAS – Partners Real Estate has expanded its Valuation Advisory services into the Dallas market with two senior hires. Kyle Knox, a 30-year commercial real estate appraisal veteran, joins as managing director, while Clint Gandy joins as senior vice president. Their addition significantly broadens Partners’ banking appraisal practice and strengthens its regional valuation capabilities.


DALLAS and FORT WORTH – JLL has announced several additions to its North Texas offices. Jayme Schutt returns to JLL as senior vice president of workplace strategy in Dallas after a period at Stream Realty Partners. From JLL’s London office, Maggie Georgieva will remain with the firm as a senior general manager in Fort Worth. Meanwhile, Mike Allen, formerly an assistant vice president at Weitzman, joins JLL’s Dallas retail team as vice president.


SAN ANTONIO – Meredith Muecke Howard has joined Cushman & Wakefield in San Antonio as a director. With 14 years of experience spanning marketing, business development, project development services and industrial leasing, Howard will handle office agency leasing and tenant representation for the firm’s San Antonio clients.


SAN ANTONIO and CHICAGO – Linda Bursic has joined Affinius Capital as managing director in the firm’s Global Investors Group. In this role, Bursic will lead capital-raising efforts across North America. She joins Affinius following her role as managing director of real estate capital advisory at Evercore. Affinius Capital is the successor to USAA Real Estate and Square Mile Capital Management.


HOUSTON – Newmark continues to expand its appraisal practice with the addition of Houston-based executive vice president Victor Thomas and his team, which includes first vice president Scott Bates and valuation associates Kyle Thomas and Ashlee Kilcullen. Thomas previously served as president of Multifamily Appraisal Specialists. In other moves, Newmark also hired multifamily appraisal specialists Jeff Taylor and Jeff Groff in Irvine, California, and added Tim Warner and senior vice president Chrissy Keith, MAI, in Atlanta.


AUSTIN – Outpost, a growing network of managed semi-truck parking and fleet yard facilities, named Josh Neill president and chief investment officer. Neill joins Outpost from Keystone National Group, where he served as managing director. Outpost operates 20 locations totaling approximately 10,000 parking spaces and is expanding into major metropolitan markets nationwide.
