HOUSTON — Crow Holdings Industrial has started construction on a new 349,050-square-foot distribution facility in Deer Park, on Houston’s southeast side.
Colliers’ team of Jon Lindenberger, Walter Menuet and Paul Dominique has been named the exclusive agent to market and lease the property on behalf of Crow Holdings Industrial. Lindenberger also represented Crow Holdings in acquiring the land for the project.
Named Victory Commerce Center, the development is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2019.
The site sits near the intersection of Underwood Road and Pasadena Boulevard, roughly five miles from the Barbours Cut Container Terminal. Its location provides convenient access to the Port of Houston and is adjacent to a rapidly growing petrochemical corridor.
Major regional highways near the property include Highway 225, Beltway 8, Highway 146 and Fairmont Parkway, making the center well positioned for distribution and logistics operations serving the greater Houston area.
Crow Holdings Industrial is the industrial division of Dallas-based Crow Holdings.
