RNR Real Estate Briefs from Realty News Report – HOUSTON – Brookfield Properties announced that Berkeley Eye Center, a long-standing Texas eye care provider, and Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, a multispecialty medical group, have renewed their leases on the fourth floor of The Shops at Houston Center. Located at 1200 McKinney St. in downtown Houston, Berkeley Eye Center extended its lease for 2,614 square feet, while Kelsey-Seybold Clinic renewed its lease for a 22,896-square-foot clinic and pharmacy. Berkeley Eye Center was represented by Adam McAlpine of McAlpine Interests. Brookfield Properties was represented in-house by Andrea Lukens on both transactions.
HOUSTON — NAI Partners negotiated an 8,021-square-foot lease for Sprinkle Pop at Point West Business Center, a flex industrial park owned by Partners Capital, the investment arm of NAI Partners. Lesley Rice and Andy Parrish of NAI represented the landlord, Partners Capital.
HOUSTON — 2300 Chenevert Street Holdings, LLC purchased a contemporary 7,000-square-foot live/work building located at 2300 Chenevert St. in midtown Houston. The buyer was represented by Todd Johnson of M&B Property Group. The sellers, Michael Conway and Michelle Williams, were represented by Ryan Neyland of Davis Commercial Real Estate.
KATY — Dogtopia signed a lease for 6,237 square feet of retail space at 1815 S. Mason Rd., Katy, with QSR Enterprise LLC as landlord. Austen Baldridge and Andrew Alvis of NewQuest Properties represented the landlord, while Sage Cuenod of Streetwise Retail Advisors represented the tenant.
HOUSTON — Greystar announced that pre-leasing is now underway at Foundry on 19th, a new apartment community located at 555 W. 19th St. in The Heights. The property comprises 284 units and is now accepting applications and tours.
HOUSTON — Roberto Porras signed a long-term lease for 2,300 square feet of office space at 7500 San Felipe St., Suite 325. William McCarthy with Finial Group secured the lease for Porras.
FULSHEAR — Social Pub & Grill leased 3,599 square feet of retail space in Cross Creek Commons at the intersection of FM 1463 and South Fry Road. The landlord was NewQuest Properties, represented by J.J. McDermott and Andrew Alvis of NewQuest.
HOUSTON — SynergenX Health leased 2,561 square feet of retail space in Orleans Square at 18321 W. Lake Houston Parkway in Atascocita from Zenda Channing Orleans Square, LP. Austen Baldridge and Brett Strake of NewQuest Properties represented the landlord. Brady Wright of The Pope Corp. represented the tenant.

IRVING — San Diego-based Parallel Capital Partners signed two tenants at Urban Towers, its high-rise office complex in Irving. The Pasha Group leased 45,228 square feet, and Maxitransfers Corporation leased 9,652 square feet. Parallel Capital Partners was represented by John Fancher and Matt Schendle of Cushman & Wakefield. Matthew Hickey of TIG Real Estate Services represented Pasha, and Campbell Henry of Lincoln Property Company represented Maxitransfers.
FORT WORTH — Davoil Inc. renewed a 305,255-square-foot industrial lease at 401 Railhead Road with Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada. Nick Talley of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, based in Dallas, represented the landlord.
DALLAS — Drew Crawford and Cole Kenefsky with Finial Group facilitated a lease renewal for ARKE Group Inc. at 1801 Royal Lane, Suite 607, extending occupancy of the 2,140-square-foot office in Westwood Business Park near I-635 and I-35. Finial Group represented the tenant.
CARROLLTON — Scott Axelrod, vice president in the Industrial Division of Henry S. Miller Brokerage, negotiated the sale of a 3,000-square-foot office and showroom at 3749 Josey Lane. The buyer was Tedeco Properties, LLC of Carrollton; the seller was R & M Wessler Inc. of Plano.
DALLAS — Transwestern Real Estate Services reported that Los Angeles-based Regent Properties secured approximately 500,000 square feet of leases during 2020 at two major assets: Legacy Central in Plano and Park Towers in Houston’s Uptown submarket. The portfolio of transactions included new leases, expansions and renewals. Transwestern leasing teams providing services included Doug Little, David Baker, Kelli Gault and Jack Scharnberg for Park Towers, and Duane Henley and Nathan Durham for Legacy Central.
ALEDO — Enterprise Products Operating, LLC leased 8,640 square feet of industrial space at 103 BPR Lane in Aledo from CUDA Solutions Co., Inc. Nick Talley and Brandon Alexander of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord.
DALLAS — Skin Pharm TX LLC leased 3,655 square feet of office space at 3131 Turtle Creek Blvd. from STRS Ohio TX Real Estate Investments. Jared Laake of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented the tenant. Trey Smith and Lauren Napper of CBRE represented the landlord.

Doug Pilcher of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant, General Insulation Company. Rick Anesi and Mark Baumhart represented owner Britt Properties on a 25,443-square-foot lease at 68 Congress Circle West in Roselle, where Joe Karmin of Transwestern represented tenant Cherry’s Industrial Equipment. Rick Anesi also represented the owner in the sale of 12,400 square feet at 300 Marquardt Drive in Wheeling; John Joyce of SVN represented the buyer. DENVER — JLL Capital Markets announced the closing of the sale of INOVA II, a recently completed trophy office building totaling 220,396 square feet in Centennial, Colorado. JLL represented the seller, United Properties & Principal Real Estate Investors, and procured the buyer, Libitzky Property Companies.
