HOUSTON — Post Oak Energy Capital, a private equity firm based in Houston, has purchased a 27,000-square-foot office building in Houston’s Riverway submarket.
The three-story property, developed by Midway Cos. in partnership with Charles Grube, is located at 34 South Wynden Drive, just outside the Uptown District. The building previously served as Midway’s headquarters.
Griff Bandy and Kelly Torian of NAI Partners represented Post Oak Energy Capital in the transaction. The seller, Alvand Properties LLC, was represented by Alex Taghi of NAI Partners and Trey Strake of Cushman & Wakefield.
Located near the Uptown District, the building benefits from convenient access to major thoroughfares and nearby business amenities, making it an attractive office investment in a well-established Houston submarket.
