HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – Ivest LP has purchased a 100,000-square-foot industrial property located at 8201 and 8211 La Porte Freeway, near Broadway Street.
The seller, Duma Land, LLC, was represented by Lee & Associates – Houston team members Trey Erwin, SIOR; Justin Tunnell, Senior Director; and Justin Cole, Associate. Ivest LP was represented by Jim Autenreith of Moody Rambin.
The two-building site sits near I‑610, multiple industrial plants and refineries, and the Houston Ship Channel. The campus includes 43,000 square feet of office space.
Set on 6.2 acres, the property features a 2.3-acre stabilized pipe yard. The facility offers 14 dock-high doors, three ramps and one recessed dock, and provides cross-dock capabilities to support efficient logistics operations.
