HOUSTON — Jindal Tubular Leases Office Space at Total Plaza

Jindal Tubular, a manufacturer of pipe used in oilfield drilling and related industries, has leased 4,078 square feet of office space at Total Plaza, located at 1201 Louisiana Street in downtown Houston. The new space will serve as a regional sales office to support the company’s operations across multiple market segments.

Jindal Tubular produces and supplies pipes in a broad range of diameters and wall thicknesses for oil and gas applications, serving both onshore and offshore markets. In addition to energy-sector uses, its products are applied in water transmission systems as well as structural and piling projects, reflecting the company’s diversified product portfolio and market reach.

The lease transaction was handled by NAI Partners’ brokers Michael Mannella and Dan Boyles, who represented Jindal Tubular in securing the office space. Total Plaza, the property owner Brookfield Properties, is a prominent downtown Houston office tower and also houses the Petroleum Club, a notable professional and social venue for the local energy industry.

This lease reinforces downtown Houston’s role as a hub for energy-sector firms and supporting service providers, providing convenient access to clients, industry organizations, and central business services.
