Arch-Con Finishes Major Industrial Construction Project

NEW BRAUNFELS, Texas – (Realty News Report) – CLX Ventures has finished New Braunfels Commerce Center, a 651,000-square-foot speculative industrial complex in New Braunfels, one of the fastest-growing small cities in the nation.

Situated between Austin and San Antonio, New Braunfels has ranked among the nation’s fastest-growing cities since 2000, according to the U.S. Census Bureau.

The four-building New Braunfels Commerce Center sits on 47 acres along Goodwin Lane near FM 306, with convenient access to I-35 and Highway 46, making it well-positioned to serve both the greater Austin and San Antonio markets.

“This master-planned business park provides great flexibility and meets the expanding e-commerce demands of the area,” said Brad Copeland, Co-Founder and Managing Partner of CLX Ventures. “New Braunfels Commerce Center is ideally located with a growing labor pool and the capacity to serve the Austin and San Antonio regions.”

Arch-Con Corporation served as general contractor for the development, which was designed by Powers Brown Architecture. Stream Realty Partners is handling leasing for the campus.

Interstate 35—the corridor linking San Antonio and Austin—is the busiest interstate connecting two metropolitan areas in Texas. Founded by German settlers in 1845, New Braunfels now has a population exceeding 100,000.

The buildings at New Braunfels Commerce Center accommodate a wide range of tenants, from 18,000 to more than 200,000 square feet. Each building features move-in ready office space, drive-in doors, dock doors, extended truck courts, and ESFR sprinkler systems. The complex’s four buildings have the following specifications:

  • Building A: 173,447 square feet; 240 feet deep; 32-foot clear height; rear-load
  • Building B: 144,449 square feet; 200 feet deep; 32-foot clear height; rear-load
  • Building C: 129,949 square feet; 180 feet deep; 32-foot clear height; rear-load
  • Building D: 204,876 square feet; 240 feet deep; 32-foot clear height; rear-load
