Neighbors Health Moves Headquarters to Westchase: What It Means for the Community

HOUSTON – Neighbors Health, LLC, a Houston-based operator of Neighbors Emergency Centers, has relocated its corporate headquarters to Richmond Park Westchase at 10800 Richmond Ave., leasing 98,000 square feet in the five-story office building managed by Zenith Real Estate Group.

The company’s previous headquarters in Pearland Town Center has been subleased as part of the move. Colliers International brokers Bob Parsley, Chadd Bolding and Jay Kyle represented Neighbors in securing the new headquarters and also handled the sublease of the Pearland facility.

“Neighbors Emergency Centers hired Colliers to locate a new corporate office that supports their growth and offers a more central, accessible location for employees and stakeholders,” said Bob Parsley. “As NEC continues to expand its neighborhood clinics, the Richmond Park Westchase location at 10800 Richmond met the company’s long-term needs.”

Zenith Real Estate Group was represented in the lease by PMRG brokers Michael Sieger and Marci Phillips.

“Deals like Neighbors’ lease demonstrate that large tenants in today’s market seek both quality space and strong value,” said Marci Phillips.

Over the past 24 months, PMRG has represented Zenith in signing 24 new leases in the Westchase submarket, totaling more than 230,000 square feet of Class B office space.
