Empyrean Signs 108,000-SF Headquarters Lease in Westchase

HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – Empyrean Benefit Solutions has renewed a 108,000-square-foot lease for its corporate headquarters in the nine-story Pinnacle Westchase building located at 3010 Briarpark Drive near Beltway 8 in Houston.

Newmark Knight Frank (NKF) Director David Husid represented Empyrean in the lease renewal, one of the largest office transactions in the Westchase submarket this year.

NKF first represented Empyrean in 2017 when the company secured space in the building through a sublease. The Pinnacle Westchase property was identified then as a long-term solution for Empyrean, according to NKF Texas President Neal Golden.

“The NKF team acted quickly and efficiently,” Golden said. “From the initial move, Empyrean’s relocation was seamless; the company experienced no operational downtime and clients saw no disruption in service during the office transition.”

NKF noted that the Westchase submarket remains an attractive option for Houston employers because of its proximity to major corporate tenants, residential neighborhoods and schools, enabling firms to offer employees a strong work–life balance. Demand for office space in the submarket remains steady, and companies such as Honeywell and Bill.com have recently committed to long-term leases in the area.
