Five Post Oak Park Leases Spark Major Leasing Surge
Five Post Oak Park recorded 117,000 square feet of leasing activity in 2018.
HOUSTON – Colvill Office Properties reported that Five Post Oak Park achieved 117,000 square feet of new leasing transactions in 2018.
The 28‑story office tower sits just east of Loop 610 near San Felipe Road, directly across from the St. Regis hotel and within close proximity to the River Oaks neighborhood.
Owned by Shorenstein Properties LLC, the 567,000‑square‑foot building underwent an extensive renovation completed in 2017. Following the upgrade, leasing activity accelerated significantly, according to Vince Strake of Colvill, who, together with Damon Thames, manages leasing for the property.
The renovations added modern amenities, including upgraded fitness and conference facilities, reinforcing the tower’s competitive position in the submarket. “We are pleased with the recent leasing momentum, which affirms the building’s standing,” said Paul Grafft of Shorenstein.
