HOUSTON – Lennar is developing a transit-oriented residential community just north of downtown Houston, directly across from the METRO Rail Red Line.
Named Fulton Station, the new gated community will include 39 townhomes designed for in-town living and easy access to public transit.
Priced from $349,000, the Fulton Station townhomes feature private backyards, two-car garages, and 10-foot-wide driveways. Buyers can choose from four two-story floor plans ranging from 1,423 to 1,627 square feet. Each plan includes an island kitchen, loft space, and a master suite.
