Greenway Plaza’s Hub Expands Amenities and Services
The Hub retail and restaurant level at Greenway Plaza has added WellSmiles as a tenant.
HOUSTON – The Hub, the retail, restaurant, and service core of the Greenway Plaza complex, will welcome a full-service dental wellness practice.
WellSmiles at Greenway Plaza is scheduled to open in fall 2019. Construction is underway on the approximately 2,000-square-foot suite, with Epoch Construction Service serving as general contractor.
Parkway Property Investments, LLC, the operator of the 11-building Greenway Plaza mixed-use development, has signed a long-term lease with Houston-based Dent-Well, led by Charles Lusk, Dent-Well’s president, CEO, and founder.
Greenway Plaza, one of the early and influential examples of mixed-use development in the United States, includes about 4.9 million square feet of office space near the Southwest Freeway, Richmond Avenue and Buffalo Speedway.
Eric Siegrist, Parkway’s director of leasing for Texas, said, “We are excited to expand our relationship with Dent-Well, a respected organization with a long history in private dental practice. Dent-Well already operates a WellSmiles office at Parkway’s CityWestPlace campus in the Westchase District.”
Parkway Property Investments manages office properties across multiple markets, including Sacramento, Houston, Miami, Orlando, and Raleigh.
