Hines Developing Florida Condoshines

In West Palm Beach, Fla., South Flagler House, a twin-tower condominium development with homes priced at $10 million and up, is under development by Hines, the Houston-based global real estate company and the Frisbie Group.

Designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects, South Flagler House will be located on the intra-coastal along the Gold Coast in West Palm Beach, Fla.

Featuring 89 carefully curated residences, South Flagler House will offer three to six-bedroom homes, townhouses and penthouses, along with one seven bedroom townhome. Pembrooke & Ives designed elegant interiors to showcase the residences’ expansive layouts and South Florida water views. The condominium residences are called “mansions in the sky” in publicity materials.

Penthouses for $75 Million Each

South Flagler House residences start at $10 million and the two duplex penthouses are slated to start at approximately $75 million.

The homes are “gracious in scale with high ceilings, oversized windows, and grand outdoor spaces,” the developers said.

Robert A.M. Stern says Towers “Will be Important contributors to the West Palm Beach skyline.”

Robert A.M. Stern said, “South Flagler House is located at the southeast gateway of a dynamic new cultural district that includes the important institutions of the Norton Museum, Gallery Park, the Ann Norton Sculpture Gardens and Palm Beach Atlantic University. Limestone facades and the residential vitality they create will clad this vibrant new landmark, crowned by penthouse residences enjoying unobstructed views and capped by varied crowns that will be important contributors to the West Palm Beach skyline, setting the stage for a new century in Downtown.”

In Frisbie Group, a Palm Beach, based real estate investment firm, is a private real estate investment firm led by Dave Frisbie, Robert Frisbie Jr. and Cody Crowell. Suzanne Frisbie of The Corcoran Group is handling sales.

“We are proud to be collaborating with Hines and bringing Robert A.M. Stern Architects’ first luxury residential high-rise to Florida. For three generations, the Frisbie family has worked to elevate West Palm Beach through a variety of significant developments. South Flagler House will continue this tradition and set a new standard for luxury living along the Gold Coast,” said David Frisbie, founder of Frisbie Group.

Hines has developed a number of high-rise residential buildings, including the Residences at La Colombe d’Or in Houston’s Montrose area and the 46-story Brava, which will open soon in downtown Houston.

Hines, founded in Houston in 1957 by the late Mr. Gerald D. Hines, has a presence in 285 cities in 28 countries. Hines oversees investment assets under management totaling approximately $90.3 billion. Historically, Hines has developed, redeveloped or purchased approximately 1,530 properties, totaling over 511 million SF.
