HOUSTON – Forum Energy Technologies has renewed its lease for 108,639 square feet at 10344 Sam Houston Park Drive in Houston, maintaining its global headquarters at Sam Houston Crossing II. Leasing services for the landlord, Buchanan Street Partners, were provided by Transwestern’s Doug Little and Louann Pereira.
Sam Houston Crossing II is a 159,056-square-foot Class A office building with prominent frontage on the Sam Houston Tollway, offering excellent branding visibility. The building is LEED certified by the U.S. Green Building Council and is fully leased.
The tenant was represented by CBRE brokers Jeff Cairns, Bill Boyer and Steve Hesse.
