HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – John Spafford, a longtime Houston office market professional, has joined CBRE. Spafford served for 28 years with PMRG and Madison Marquette.
The Houston office of Lee & Associates has hired Grant Walker as senior director to lead a national retail division. Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Walker worked in Houston with Transwestern, Page Partners and The Weitzman Group.
Ross James, a tenant representation specialist, has joined Lee & Associates as a senior director, announced Chris Lewis, co-managing principal of Lee’s Houston office. James previously served as vice president at Jackson Cooksey/Newmark Knight Frank and as managing principal at Leverage Commercial.
Shaffer Braun has been promoted to vice president in the landlord services group at NAI Partners’ Houston office.
Patrick Hill has been promoted to senior associate in the office tenant representation group at NAI Partners’ Austin office, according to Jon Silberman, managing partner of NAI Partners.
Skanska has appointed Brad McFarlane as vice president of Environment, Health and Safety for Skanska’s building operations across the United States. McFarlane brings more than 25 years of experience in engineering and occupational health and safety.
JLL announced that Aimee Morgan is joining its Valuation Advisory business as a Senior Vice President, specializing in multifamily asset appraisal. Morgan will be based in Houston and cover the surrounding region.
Laura Sweeney and Lisa Kornhauser have joined Compass. Both were previously top producers with John Daugherty Realtors.
Real estate agents Jane Brennan-Martin and Elise Niefield have joined Nan & Company Properties.
