HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – John Ferruzzo has joined KBC Advisors as the market leader in the firm’s Houston office. Ferruzzo brings experience from Transwestern and Partners Real Estate and will lead KBC’s local market strategy, client relationships and deal execution.


HOUSTON – Melissa Kennedy-Hickey has been named director of leasing services at Williamsburg Enterprises. Kennedy-Hickey, who previously served with Partners Real Estate, will oversee leasing operations and tenant relations while supporting the company’s growth across Houston markets.


HOUSTON – PAGEWOOD, a Houston-based owner, operator and developer, has expanded its C-suite with the appointment of Venkat Kandru as Chief Technology Officer. Kandru is a veteran real estate technology executive with deep expertise in enterprise architecture, integrated solutions, data science, digital transformation, microservices architecture and augmented intelligence. He will lead PAGEWOOD’s technology strategy to advance operational efficiency and support product innovation.


HOUSTON – Moody Rambin announced the appointment of Shane Cawood as Executive Vice President of Property Management. In this role, Cawood will lead efforts to strengthen the company’s property management platform, enhance service delivery and drive operational excellence. Cawood previously led operations at Rebees Management Company, a start-up experiential property management firm.


DALLAS – Cushman & Wakefield has hired Hayden D. Littlefield as an Executive Director in the firm’s Valuation & Advisory practice for the South Central region. Based in Dallas, Littlefield brings a background in commercial and special-use property appraisals, business development and third-party appraisal review services, strengthening the firm’s regional valuation capabilities.


AUSTIN – Partners Real Estate announced that Ryan Kasten has joined the firm as Partner and Managing Director for its Austin and San Antonio offices. Kasten, formerly with Cushman & Wakefield, will oversee market strategy, client engagements and team leadership across both Texas markets.


DALLAS – SRS Real Estate Partners named Garrett Colburn President as part of a leadership alignment to support the company’s national growth. In his new role, Colburn will focus on enhancing office productivity and culture while partnering with CEO Chris Maguire to drive growth across retail, capital markets and industrial platforms.


DALLAS – Partners Real Estate announced that Justin Utay has joined the firm as a Partner based in the Dallas office. Utay is an experienced office tenant representation broker who previously worked with NAI Robert Lynn and will expand Partners’ tenant services capabilities in the region.


DALLAS – Buligo Capital hired Steve Wolff as executive vice president of industrial acquisitions and asset management. Wolff will focus on identifying and managing value‑add industrial opportunities in the $10 million to $60 million range. Buligo Capital is headquartered in Tel Aviv and maintains U.S. offices in Dallas, Philadelphia and Boca Raton, Florida.
