Houston’s Washington Ave.: Spec Office Proposed for

In Houston, Stream Realty and Blackswan Investment Partners reportedly are planning to build a 25-story office tower near the intersection of Waugh Drive and Washington Avenue.

The proposed 220,000 sq ft tower is being developed on a spec basis, the Houston Business Journal reported. The site is just north of Memorial Drive and several midrise buildings are clustered there, including the United Way building at 50 Waugh Drive.
