The Westchase location is a 2,100-square-foot end cap with drive-thru at 2620 W. Sam Houston and also is expected to open in early 2020. Central Houston, Inc. and the Downtown Redevelopment Authority announced The Downtown Launch Pad, a new 17,000-square-foot innovation space for entrepreneurs and startups located at the Cannon Tower at Amegy on Main, distributed across several floors of the Amegy Bank building at 1801 Main Street in southern downtown. The Launch Pad will be anchored by MassChallenge and gener8tor and will provide space for incubators, labs, creatives, co-working and corporate innovation. The space is expected to open in spring 2020.

NAI Partners San Antonio arranged the sale of 75.8 acres at 1024 S. State Highway 46 in New Braunfels, Texas. NAI Partners’ Brett Lum represented the seller; the buyer was Wind River Valley Ltd.
CBRE announced that Brandywine Realty Trust retained its services to support leasing and marketing for Class A+ office space at the Broadmoor development in Austin. The Broadmoor campus is a 66-acre, mixed-use development planned to include millions of square feet of office and multifamily space, retail, hotels, green space and a new metro rail station. CBRE’s Troy Holme, Katie Ekstrom and Casey Ford will work with Brandywine Realty Trust on the project.
SynQor, Inc. leased 18,562 square feet at Jupiter/190 Business Park, 2701 E. Plano Parkway in Plano. Ryan Wolcott, James Mantzuranis and Matt Dornak with Stream Realty Partners represented the landlord, Link Industrial; Krista Raymond with CBRE represented the tenant.
GoPuff, the on-demand snack delivery service from GoBrands, signed a five-year lease for 5,409 square feet at S.A. West Loop II, 5407 Bandera Road in San Antonio. CBRE announced that Inogen, a manufacturer of oxygen therapy devices and solutions, leased 154,097 square feet of industrial and office space at 600 Shiloh Road in Plano. Inogen consolidated several North Texas facilities into the new Plano location to support anticipated growth over the next decade. CBRE teams in Dallas and San Diego represented Inogen and the landlord, Trident Capital Group.
STAT Overnight Delivery leased 8,353 square feet at International Corporate Park II, 403 International Drive in Richardson. Ryan Wolcott and James Mantzuranis with Stream Realty Partners represented the landlord, Entrada Partners; Mac Morse with Citadel represented the tenant.
Noetic, Inc. signed a three-year lease for 11,000 square feet at Royal Freeport, 4343 Royal Lane in Irving. JLL closed the sale of Towne Oaks, a 78-unit apartment community on 4.61 acres at 4801 Sanger Avenue in Waco’s Richland Hills area. John Bollinger, CEO of 3CM Multifamily, is rebranding the property to Tribeca. JLL marketed the property on behalf of the seller, Towne Oaks Waco, LLC, and the buyer purchased the asset free and clear of existing debt. The JLL team representing the buyer was led by Zar Haro and Moses Siller.
Dan Spika and Scott Axelrod of Henry S. Miller’s industrial division represented Westland Row, LLC of Dallas in the sale of a 5,838-square-foot office building in Highland Village to ECO Technologies International.
Marcus & Millichap sold American Self Storage, a 49,588-net-rentable-square-foot storage facility in Harlingen, Texas. Dave Knobler in Marcus & Millichap’s Houston office and Charles “Chico” LeClaire in the Denver office had the exclusive listing for the seller, a Houston-based partnership. Jon Danklefs in the San Antonio office represented the buyer. The facility sits on 6.49 acres with nearly three acres available for expansion and contains six single-story buildings; it was built in 2004.
CBRE sold a 10.1-acre parcel at State Highway 190 and Waterview Parkway in Richardson, the last remaining tract in the Granite 190 Center developed by Granite Properties. Michael Mazaheri, MD, a Lasik surgeon in Dallas, purchased the property. Thurston Witt with CBRE in Dallas brokered the sale.
Stream Realty Partners and Cabot Properties, Inc. announced that their new 160,000-square-foot building in the Star Corporate Center (formerly Frisco Park 25), a 216-acre master-planned business park in Frisco, Texas, has achieved full occupancy. Cabot Properties broke ground in January 2018, and within six months of completion the building was fully leased to two national-credit tenants. Bob Hagewood, Cannon Green and Steve Riordan co-managed the development, leasing and management of the project.
