Lee & Associates – Houston represented 6811-6815 Gant Road LLC in the lease of a 13,280-square-foot industrial manufacturing building on Gant Road. Mike Spears, Robert McGee and Mason Alsbrooks of Lee & Associates – Houston represented the landlord. The tenant was Black Diamond Real Estate, Inc.
Lee & Associates – Houston represented Opicoil Houston Inc. in the lease of a 7,497-square-foot office at 3040 Post Oak Blvd. Travis Taylor of Lee & Associates – Houston represented the tenant. Matthew Volz and Ryan Barbles with Stream Realty represented the landlord, MCP 3040 Post Oak, LLC.

NAI Partners arranged a 46,150-square-foot industrial lease for Flo Trend at 1400 Kowis St. Chris Caudill and Joel Michael of NAI represented the landlord, NRE LLC. Stephen Schneidau with Cushman & Wakefield and Bill Schneidau with Independent Real Estate Commercial represented Flo Trend, a company that designs and fabricates specialty products for municipal, industrial, oil and gas sectors.
NAI Partners is marketing the fully operational Town In City Brewing Co. in the Heights. The offering includes the 3,749-square-foot building at 1125 W. Cavalcade and approximately 10,000 square feet of land, available with or without brewing equipment. The asking price without equipment is $1 million. NAI Partners’ Nick Terry and Joe Bright represent Town In City, with Larry Koestler assisting on the listing. Town In City Brewing plans to relocate and expand to support its cider-producing division, Houston Cider Co.
Lee & Associates – Houston represented Griffin Partners in the lease of a 2,299-square-foot office at 2001 Kirby. Chris Lewis and Jill Nesloney of Lee & Associates – Houston represented the landlord, while Christian Connell with Transwestern represented the tenant, Stylesco.

Transwestern Commercial Services has been retained by James and Daniel Warmack to provide office leasing services for Research Forest Lakeside, a 77‑acre mixed‑use development on Lake Woodlands in The Woodlands. The campus currently includes five office buildings totaling approximately 1 million square feet, with four additional office buildings planned that would add about 629,404 square feet. The TCS office leasing team — Eric Anderson, Tyler Garrett and Parker Burkett — will market the buildings located at 9501 Lakeside Blvd., 9500 Lakeside Blvd., 2465 Technology Forest Blvd., 2475 Technology Forest Blvd., 9709 Lakeside Blvd., and 2625 Research Forest Drive.
Remote Medical Inc. signed a lease for 5,813 square feet of flex space at 500 Century Plaza Drive. Century Plaza is a 49,640-square-foot flex property near George Bush Intercontinental Airport. Doc Perrier and Gerald Leveritt with Finial Group represented the landlord.
NAI Partners arranged a 25,695-square-foot retail lease for soft-goods retailer Crazy Boss at 1222 South Shaver St. in Pasadena. Lesley Rice and Andy Parrish of NAI represented the landlord, Petereit Investments, Inc., and Chis Holder of Bolder Capital represented the tenant.
NAI Partners also arranged a 4,250-square-foot office lease for Pediatrix Medical Services Inc. at 600 Rockmead Drive in Kingwood. Jacob Aldridge and Zach Leger of NAI represented the landlord, and Emilie Burton of CBRE represented the tenant. Pediatrix provides maternal-fetal and pediatric medical and surgical subspecialty physician services.
The Sam Moon Group, a Texas-based operator across retail and commercial sectors, celebrated the grand opening and ribbon cutting for AMC Metropark Square 10 on March 29. The 41,500-square-foot, 10-screen cinema, the first tenant to open in the Metropark Square mixed‑use development, opened to the public on March 1. Metropark Square includes approximately 175,000 square feet of retail, restaurant and entertainment space on about 70 acres in Shenandoah.

Bart Wichard
Newmark Knight Frank announced the sale of The Azure, a 156‑unit Class A apartment community that was 100% occupied at the time of sale. Bart Wickard, Brian Murphy, Brian O’Boyle, Jr. and Matt Wideman from NKF’s Dallas team represented seller Odyssey Residential Holdings, LP in the transaction to an undisclosed buyer.
Transwestern Investment Group secured a full-building lease with CTDI at 1753 Chapin Drive in Fort Worth. TIG acquired the 705,955-square-foot distribution facility in December 2018 for one of its separately managed accounts, along with a 494,041-square-foot building at 15453 Wolff Crossing. CBRE’s Nathan Lawrence and Krista Raymond are handling industrial leasing services for the property.
Dalfen Industrial acquired 45.79 acres on the south side of Kearney Street, west of Highway 352 in Mesquite, for an undisclosed price. John St. Clair of Younger Partners represented the seller.
The Hyatt Regency Stonebriar has topped out its 18‑story, 303‑room hotel under construction in Frisco. A topping‑out lunch is scheduled for April 12 to mark the milestone; a ceremonial tree will be placed atop the structure to signify completion of the building’s frame. The Sam Moon Group is the hotel developer, Brasfield & Gorrie is the contractor, HKS, Inc. is the architect, and Looney & Associates is managing interior design.
3 Park Central at 12700 Park Central Drive in Dallas signed leases totaling 17,169 square feet across two tenants. C1 Insurance Group, LP leased 6,934 square feet and was represented by Bret Hefton. Turner, Stone & Company, LLP expanded its footprint to 10,235 square feet. Kathy Permenter, Sean Dalton and Garrett Marler of Younger Partners represented landlord McKnight Realty Partners.
NAI Partners San Antonio arranged a 5,822-square-foot retail lease for Fuddruckers at 9950 San Pedro St. in San Antonio. Baron Albright of NAI represented the tenant. Fuddruckers is a fast-casual restaurant chain specializing in hamburgers.
Dunhill Partners acquired Village at Camp Bowie, a 180,000-square-foot retail center at 6115 Camp Bowie Blvd. in Fort Worth. The center, anchored by Sprouts Farmers Market, is approximately 89% leased to tenants that include Tuesday Morning, Verizon and Keller Williams. HFF represented the seller, a joint venture between Lincoln Property Company and Boston-based Long Wharf Capital.
JLL Capital Markets announced the sale of Nexus Urban Living in San Antonio. The 75‑unit, recently updated multifamily property at 6810 Glendora Road was acquired by Nathan Mann of New York City. JLL Senior Vice President Zar Haro led the marketing and sales effort, supported by Senior Vice President Moses Siller and Vice President Robert Arzola, on behalf of the seller, 811 Darby, LLC.
