Hines Four Seasons Residences in Austin — Starting at $4.1M

AUSTIN – (Realty News Report) – Sales for the new Four Seasons Private Residences Lake Austin, a luxury hilltop development by Austin Capital Partners and Hines, are off to a strong start despite premium pricing.

Residences start at $4.1 million and up

More than half of the residences have been reserved since reservations opened in late September. The project’s entry-level residences begin at $4.1 million.

Eric Moreland Group, the Austin affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate, is managing sales for the development, which is planned to break ground in 2023 with completion of the 179-home property targeted for 2025.

“We’re thrilled with the overwhelming reception of Four Seasons Private Residences Lake Austin by the luxury market, with more than half the project—not only residences, but also residential square footage—reserved since September,” said Eric Moreland, Broker Associate of Moreland Properties. “The project’s early success reflects the strength and recognition of the Four Seasons brand.”

300-Foot Infinity Pool

Set on a 145-acre private enclave about 20 minutes from downtown Austin, the development will offer expansive views of Lake Austin, the Pennybacker Bridge, a PGA golf course and the downtown skyline. Amenities include a 300-foot infinity-edge pool with three distinct lounging and swimming zones, a game room and private cabanas.

Residences will range from approximately 1,900 to 7,000 square feet and include large outdoor terraces. The community will comprise 18 residential buildings, each named for flora from the surrounding Hill Country, from Abelia to Wisteria.

Hines, a privately owned global real estate investment firm founded in 1957, is a co-developer. The firm currently operates in 255 cities across 27 countries and manages investment assets under advisement totaling roughly $83.6 billion. Among its other Texas projects is the 46-story Brava apartment tower in downtown Houston.

Austin Capital Partners was founded by Jonathan Coon, Jason Subotky and Eduardo Margain.
