Anthony Squillante

HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – Anthony Squillante and his six-member tenant representation team have joined Avison Young in Houston, announced Rand Stephens, Avison Young Principal and Managing Director. Squillante previously served as Managing Director at Stream Realty in Houston, where he built and led a tenant representation unit serving clients that lease or own office and industrial facilities. At Avison Young, Squillante will serve as Principal and lead the team, which includes Drew Coupe, Dustin Devine and Josh Morrow as vice presidents; Collin Roach as associate; Jack Wagner as financial analyst; and Michelle Goynes as client services coordinator.

NAI Partners has promoted Chris Haro to Vice President within its Industrial Services group. Haro will continue working alongside John Simons, Partner and Director of Industrial Corporate Services at NAI Partners, and Holden Rushing, Senior Vice President.

Bates Arnot

Stream Realty Partners has appointed Bates Arnot as Senior Director of Industrial Development Services. In this role, Arnot will focus on sourcing and executing industrial development projects in the Dallas–Fort Worth market and will lead industrial development initiatives in Denver. His hiring marks a return to Stream Realty after seven years with Hillwood Investment Properties.

Camden Property Trust, the Houston-based multifamily REIT, has appointed Mark D. Gibson to its board of trust managers. Gibson is Chief Executive Officer, Capital Markets, Americas at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL).

Bryan Havel

Trendmaker Homes Austin, part of the TRI Pointe Group of regional homebuilders, has named Bryan Havel as Division President. Havel most recently served as Division President at William Lyon Homes, where he oversaw operations in the Austin and San Antonio markets.

Nick Childs, who specializes in multifamily, retail and office transactions, has joined Newcor Commercial Real Estate.

TruAmerica Multifamily has established a Central U.S. headquarters in Dallas and appointed Ammanuel Metta as Senior Director of Acquisitions to lead the office. The Los Angeles-based real estate investment firm, founded in 2013 by Robert Hart, expands its Dallas presence with Metta, who previously served as Vice President of Acquisitions at Price Realty.

Melinda Wood of Steinberg Dickey Collaborative has been elected President of the Society for Design Administration – Houston Chapter.
