THE WOODLANDS – (Realty News Report) – Mill Creek Residential has begun construction on Modera Six Pines, a mixed-use apartment community in The Woodlands, the master-planned community located about 27 miles north of Houston.
Modera Six Pines will include 429 apartment homes within an 11-acre, master-planned development that is being delivered alongside Life Time Fitness. The five-story, podium-style community will showcase a modern European-inspired aesthetic and contemporary finishes throughout.
Initial move-ins are anticipated in spring 2022.
“Modera Six Pines will offer residents a place to live and recreate outside of the downtown core while remaining close to employment, schools and entertainment,” said Jeb Cox, senior managing director of development for Mill Creek Residential. “We’re excited to expand our Texas portfolio in The Woodlands area and aim to deliver a top-tier living experience for the neighborhood.”
Located at 8900 Six Pines Drive, Modera Six Pines sits just north of The Woodlands Town Center, offering convenient access to retail, dining and regional transit routes.
As part of the wellness-focused campus, Life Time Fitness is developing a 175,000-square-foot health club adjacent to the residences. Major nearby employers include Memorial Hermann The Woodlands Medical Center (Woodlands Hospital), Baker Hughes, ExxonMobil and Entergy Texas, making the location attractive for professionals working in the area.
Modera Six Pines represents Mill Creek’s fifth development in the Houston market, joining other local properties such as Modera Flats and Modera Washington.
