Fuse Coworking to Open New CityCentre Location — What to Know

Fuse coworking will open in CityCentre.

HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – Dallas-based coworking operator FUSE Workspace will open a 29,000-square-foot location in West Houston’s CityCentre district on March 2.

The new FUSE facility includes 23,000 square feet of Class A office space plus more than 6,000 square feet of outdoor areas. It becomes part of one of Houston’s most active coworking environments within the 47-acre mixed-use CityCentre development. Occupying the second floors of two buildings that will be connected by a sky bridge, the site will offer 90 private offices, three specialty suites, four terraces, seven conference rooms — including a podcast studio — and event space that can accommodate up to 100 guests.

Two of the three specialty suites are already pre-leased: the Varidesk showroom and sales office, and the Brick Suite, which includes three offices and an open bullpen. One suite remains available: the 1,350-square-foot Patio Suite, which features 27 desks, nine private offices and a private patio.

Varidesk CEO Jason McCann is scheduled to attend the grand opening event on April 30.
