High Street Logistics Acquires Beltway North Industrial Property

HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – High Street Logistics Properties has acquired the Beltway North Commerce Center, a fully leased Class A cross-dock industrial distribution facility totaling 352,680 square feet in Houston.

JLL brokers Trent Agnew, Rusty Tamlyn, Charlie Straus and Katherine Miller marketed the asset on behalf of the seller, Nuveen Real Estate.

The facility is fully occupied by Air General, a leading national cargo handling company, and DB Schenker, a global logistics provider.

Located on 23.5 acres at 971 N. Sam Houston Parkway East, the Beltway North Commerce Center sits at the intersection of the Hardy Toll Road and Beltway 8, providing excellent regional access.

“The Beltway North transaction highlights continued demand from a deep buyer pool for industrial properties both locally and nationally,” Agnew said. “This was our second deal with the High Street team in the past 12 months in Houston, and they remain an active buyer.”

Built in 2015, the Beltway North Commerce Center offers 32-foot clear heights, energy-efficient LED lighting and LEED certification.
