Texas Investors Acquire North Houston Apartment Complexes

Casa Verde Apartments

HOUSTON — Trinity Casa Verde LLC has completed the acquisition of Casa Verde Apartments, a 384-unit garden-style apartment community located in north Houston near Interstate 45, Airline Drive and Beltway 8.

The purchase was coordinated by Trinity Private Equity Group of Southlake, Texas, in collaboration with TRI Consulting Group. The property consists of two-story buildings offering a mix of floor plans and resident amenities typical of suburban multifamily communities.

CBRE brokers Clint Duncan and Matt Phillips represented the seller, Goodson Avenue Investors LLC, in the transaction. Financing for the deal was arranged by Michael Thompson of CBRE’s Debt and Structured Finance Group.

The acquisition adds a sizable asset to Trinity’s multifamily portfolio and underscores investor interest in suburban Houston rental housing, particularly properties in established locations with convenient access to major thoroughfares.
