HOUSTON – Gulf BK LLC has acquired the Brookhollow West Business Park, located at 9777 West Gulf Bank Drive in northwest Houston.
The seller, CUNA Mutual Investment Corporation, was represented by Walter Menuet and Judd Harrison of Colliers International in the transaction.
The property comprises 251,569 square feet of building space on a 15.46-acre site at the corner of West Gulf Bank Drive and North Gessner Road. The office-warehouse complex is conveniently located near the intersection of Beltway 8 and Highway 290.
The buyer, Gulf BK LLC, was represented by Abco Industrial Properties during the acquisition.
