Lake on Post Oak Office Space for Lease – Prime Houston Location

HOUSTON – Carriage Services Inc. has finalized a long-term lease extension for its 47,742-square-foot office at 3040 Post Oak Blvd.
MetLife, the landlord, was represented by Ryan Barbles and Mathew Volz of Stream Realty. Carriage Services was represented by Garrold Parratt and Ronnie Deyo of JLL.
Located just south of the Galleria between Richmond Avenue and West Alabama, the 3040 Post Oak Blvd. building opened in 1982. Hines developed the property as part of the three-tower, 23-acre Lake on Post Oak office park.
The 22-story tower, designed by 3D International Neuhaus + Taylor, offers approximately 450,000 square feet of office space.
The Lake on Post Oak development features a four-acre lake that winds through the grounds and sits just west of Loop 610, providing a park-like setting for tenants.
The complex also includes two sister office towers: 3000 Post Oak Blvd., a 20-story building completed in 1978 with about 462,000 square feet; and 3050 Post Oak Blvd., a 17-story building completed in 1980 with roughly 349,000 square feet.
