First Industrial Realty Trust, Inc. executed two leases that brought First 290 @ Guhn Road, a 126,250-square-foot bulk facility at 6913 Guhn Road in Northwest Houston, to 100 percent leased within four months of delivery. The facility is leased to Iron Mountain for 45,990 square feet and Black Horse Carriers for 80,260 square feet.
