HOUSTON – Dancing Falls Development LLC is constructing a 42,000-square-foot office-warehouse complex in Tomball, located on the northwest side of the Houston metropolitan area.
Proximity Commercial Advisors is handling leasing for the project at 27905 Commercial Park Road. Boatman Construction is the general contractor. The development comprises four buildings, each approximately 10,500 square feet, and is scheduled for completion and full operation by June 2018.
“This park addresses demand for high-quality industrial space in the Tomball market. Its proximity to the Grand Parkway and State Highway 249 gives the project a strong locational advantage,” said Robin Moore, Director at Proximity Commercial Advisors.
Each unit will feature 18-foot eave heights, 12-by-14-foot overhead doors, and 120-foot truck courts to accommodate commercial vehicle access and logistics needs.
