HOUSTON – (By Dale King, Realty News Report) – Durham Drive appears to be following North Shepherd as the West 18th Street corridor develops into a lively retail and residential stretch.
In response to that growth, sibling dentists Adel and Ahmed El-Deeb are establishing a high-tech practice in the popular mixed-use neighborhood.
The brothers plan to open Tooth Twins, a dental clinic offering advanced general, cosmetic and implant services within a warm, traditional setting.
“Our mission for Tooth Twins aligns with the aesthetic of this distinctive project,” said Dr. Ahmed El-Deeb. “We intend to deliver the latest state-of-the-art technologies and techniques while providing the personalized service people associate with long-standing family practices.”
Capital Retail Properties – the developer involved in revitalizing the nearby Market at Houston Heights and Bungalows on 22nd Street – has begun construction on 18th Street Bungalows and will build a contemporary 3,000-square-foot home for the dental practice. The facility is planned to open in May 2020 on a 10,000-square-foot lot at 802 W. 18th Street.
