HOUSTON — WorkSuites Expands Houston Presence

WorkSuites, the co-working brand formerly known as Meridian Business Centers, is expanding its footprint in the Houston market. The company has signed two significant leases in the region as it continues to grow its network of flexible office locations.

New Lease at 2001 Timberloch Place

WorkSuites has leased the entire 5th floor of 2001 Timberloch Place in The Woodlands, totaling 30,355 square feet. For this transaction, WorkSuites was represented nationally by brokers John Pelletier and Greg Burns of ESRP, while NAI Partners’ Dan Boyles and Michael Mannella handled the company’s local Houston requirements. Stream Realty’s Paul Coonrod and Mat Volz represented the Timberloch Place property.

Additional Space Near the Galleria

In a separate deal, WorkSuites secured 15,000 square feet on the third floor of the building at 510 Bering Drive on the west side of the Galleria. NAI Partners’ Dan Boyles and Michael Mannella again represented WorkSuites, working alongside ESRP’s John Pelletier and Greg Burns. The landlord was represented by Richard Barbles of Stream Realty.

Growing Regional Network

WorkSuites currently operates 13 locations across the Dallas–Fort Worth area and maintains two locations in greater Houston. According to CEO Flip Howard, the company plans to open additional Houston locations in the coming months as part of its ongoing expansion strategy.
