Downtown Law Firm Unveils New Offices with Mock Courtroom
811 Main
HOUSTON – The law firm Yetter Coleman is relocating from Two Houston Center to new offices at 811 Main, where the space will include a mock courtroom to support trial training and case preparation.
Both buildings—the 811 Main tower, formerly BG Group Place, and Two Houston Center, recently acquired by Brookfield—are situated in downtown Houston.
“As we continue to grow, it is important to have offices that our team will love and to remain downtown near our clients and the courts,” said Paul Yetter, the firm’s managing partner.
Yetter Coleman will expand its workspace to 24,494 square feet on the 41st floor of 811 Main, allowing room for future growth. Ziegler Cooper Architects was retained to design the new office, and Trademark HITT is serving as the general contractor for the build-out.
Mark Nolen, senior principal architect at Ziegler Cooper, said, “Creating a professional, sophisticated and distinctive design was the result of a collaborative team effort. Our vision for a light, bright and open workspace was achieved through close coordination with Yetter Coleman.”
Craig Beyer of CBRE represented Yetter Coleman LLP in the transaction, while Eric Anderson of Transwestern represented the landlord. The 811 Main building is owned by Invesco.
The 46-story, 974,000-square-foot tower was designed by Pickard Chilton and developed by Hines. Completed in 2011, the building occupies the block bounded by Main, Rusk, Fannin and Walker streets in downtown Houston.
