HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – NewQuest Properties has appointed Krystal Mutina, president of the Houston chapter of the International Council of Shopping Centers, as a vice president focusing on land and tenant representation. Mutina brings eight years of industry experience and joins NewQuest after serving as senior associate at Edge Realty Partners. Her career transaction volume exceeds $100 million.

Also joining NewQuest is Joe Marburger, a recent graduate of Georgia Southern University. The firm has additionally hired Marc Peeler and Rick Ragan, both formerly with Stan Johnson Co.
SRS Real Estate Partners named Kevin Holland as managing principal of the firm’s Investment Properties Group in its Houston office. Holland brings more than 20 years of experience and most recently served as principal at EDGE Realty Capital Markets.
DALLAS – Stream Realty Partners, a national real estate services, development, and investment company, announced that Seth Koschak and J.J. Leonard have been named Partners in the Dallas/Fort Worth office.
