Transwestern Names Chip Clarke President of Western Region

HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – Transwestern has appointed Chip Clarke as President of Transwestern Commercial Services’ West Region. In this role, Clarke will oversee client service delivery and lead business development efforts across California, Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, Utah and Washington.
This appointment is part of Transwestern’s shift to a broader, three-region commercial services structure. The reorganization aims to boost performance, take advantage of regional synergies and improve connectivity with clients across the western United States.

In a related leadership move, Bruce Ford has been named President of Transwestern Commercial Services’ East Region. Ford previously served as President of the Southeast region.
