THE WOODLANDS – (By Dale King, Realty News Report) – Howard Hughes Corporation announced that Primrose School, an accredited early education and childcare provider, opened its first location in Hughes Landing this week. This marks the fourth Primrose School to serve families in The Woodlands.
Primrose School offers accredited early education and childcare for children from six weeks through kindergarten. The new facility spans 10,000 square feet and includes an outdoor playground. It is located on Hughes Landing Boulevard.
“Primrose School brings added convenience for both residents and employees in our office, retail and restaurant centers, while also providing a well-respected and reputable educational option,” said Rip Reynolds, vice president of Leasing and Commercial Land for The Howard Hughes Corporation, developer of The Woodlands.
Hughes Landing is a 79-acre mixed-use urban center within The Woodlands. In addition to retail and dining, the destination includes multifamily housing at One Lakes Edge, with a second multifamily project, Two Lakes Edge, currently underway. The area also features seven Class A office buildings with more planned, and an Embassy Suites by Hilton hotel.
The Woodlands is a master-planned community covering 28,000 acres located about 27 miles north of downtown Houston. The community is home to more than 117,000 residents and supports nearly 68,000 jobs.
