HOUSTON — NAI Partners has completed the sale of two industrial buildings totaling 54,740 square feet in Pineway Business Park, located at 13230 and 13240 Hempstead Highway in Houston.
These properties sit in Northwest Houston, close to Highway 290, a major industrial and warehouse corridor serving the city.
In a separate transaction, NAI Partners also represented KP Westway LLC in the sale of 62,210 square feet of industrial flex space in Westway Business Park, located at 10700 Hammerly Boulevard and 2313 West Sam Houston Parkway North.
Joshua Lass-Sughrue and John Ferruzzo of NAI Partners represented the sellers in the Pineway and Westway negotiations. Both properties were part of a broader Houston portfolio marketed by the firm.
Rob Allub of NB Elite Realty represented the buyer, Megacenter KP Pineway LLC, in the Pineway transaction.
