Randall Davis Launches New Condominium Tower Near River Oaks

HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – Randall Davis, a developer who helped popularize historic loft conversions in Houston before moving into high-rise residential projects, has unveiled a new condominium tower.

Called The Paramount, the 25-story building will offer 50 residences, with prices starting at $1,055,000.

Situated near the upscale River Oaks neighborhood, the development at 3723 Westheimer sits between Weslayan and Buffalo Speedway, placing it within easy reach of Houston’s premier shopping and dining districts.

Davis has engaged Martha Turner Sotheby’s International Realty to handle sales. Agents Hedley Karpas and Karen Gillespie are leading the marketing effort, and sales have already begun as the project prepares for a groundbreaking anticipated near the end of the year.

The design is a collaborative effort led by Randall Davis alongside his daughter, Natalie Davis, in partnership with local architecture firm Power Brown Architecture. The Paramount’s contemporary facade will feature stylized geometric ornamentation set in white limestone with black and gold accents. An Art Deco–inspired crown will top the building and illuminate the Uptown skyline at night.

This boutique high-rise will contain just 50 residences, with two to four units per floor. Floor plans range from approximately 1,800 square feet for a two-bedroom residence to about 6,500 square feet for a two-story penthouse, which is expected to be priced near $5 million.

Residences at The Paramount will include premium features such as 11-foot ceilings, private elevator entries, and sweeping views of River Oaks and the Uptown District. Building amenities will include indoor and outdoor pools, 24-hour concierge service, and valet parking.

Davis has a long résumé of condominium developments, including projects such as Metropolis Gotham, Renoir, Manhattan, Empire, Metropolis–Las Vegas, St. Germain, Emerald, Cosmopolitan, Sapphire–South Padre, Diamond Beach in Galveston, and the Hotel Icon in downtown Houston.

“Randall Davis Company has a proven track record after completing more condo buildings than any other developer in Texas, and I’m thrilled to collaborate with him and his entire team on the next big asset to be added to an esteemed roster of bold-faced buildings,” said Karen Gillespie.

Davis purchased the Westheimer Road site last year from Ascot Meadow LLC, securing the location for this new high-rise condominium project.
