NAI Partners Relocates Headquarters to Four Oaks Place

HOUSTON – NAI Partners is relocating its headquarters to Four Oaks Place. The Houston-based commercial real estate firm has signed a lease for a full floor totaling 20,000 square feet at 1360 Post Oak Boulevard in Uptown Houston.
The new headquarters expands NAI Partners’ footprint by 6,000 square feet compared with its former office at 1900 West Loop South. Dan Boyles, who leads the firm’s office tenant representation group, handled the lease negotiations.
“Four Oaks is widely regarded as one of the premier office complexes in Houston, and this move reflects our growth and our standing among the city’s largest commercial real estate firms,” said Jon Silberman, managing partner of NAI Partners.
“This is an exciting milestone for the company. The relocation represents a substantial upgrade in space, layout, and AV capabilities,” Silberman added. “We are making significant investments in the build-out, furniture, and fixtures. The new floor plan is much more open, which will encourage better communication and camaraderie across the office.”
In addition to Boyles, Austin Ware—who heads NAI Partners’ Project and Construction Management practice—was instrumental in selecting the new location and will oversee the build-out to meet the company’s specifications.
Four Oaks Place was developed by Interfin Cos., a Houston-based firm led by Giorgio Borlenghi. Located roughly one mile north of the Galleria, the complex opened in 1983 and was designed by architect César Pelli.
