John Nicholson has joined Colliers International as a principal on the firm’s industrial advisory team.

Ric Guenther, based in the Houston office of Patrinely Group, was promoted to senior vice president and now leads multifamily investments and select mixed-use projects.

NAI Partners announced that three professionals have been elevated to partner: Nick Peterson of the Industrial Group; James Tainter of the Landlord Services Division; and Andrew Pappas of the NAI Investment Fund.

Tommy LeBlanc has been named a principal in Avison Young’s Houston office.

Chip Clarke has been appointed president of Transwestern Commercial Services’ West Region, overseeing operations in California, Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, Utah and Washington.

Wendell Nault has been hired by ICO Commercial as vice president of investment sales.

AUSTIN – Marc Vanderslice will join CBRE as a Senior Vice President in the Austin office. A tenant-representation specialist, he previously worked at Colliers International.

AUSTIN – David Bremer was promoted to co-lead the Austin office of Colliers International alongside Volney Campbell. Bremer, an expert in tenant representation, will continue advising clients.

SAN ANTONIO – Yesenia Marili Dominguez of Transwestern was elected president-elect of Commercial Real Estate Women of San Antonio (CREW).

DALLAS – Greystone acquired a 12-member multifamily team from SNV led by Todd Franks. In 2018, Greystone added an eight-member Houston team from National Apartment Advisors.
