John Nicholson has joined Colliers International as a principal on the firm’s industrial advisory team.

AUSTIN – David Bremer was promoted to co-lead the Austin office of Colliers International alongside Volney Campbell. Bremer, an expert in tenant representation, will continue advising clients.
SAN ANTONIO – Yesenia Marili Dominguez of Transwestern was elected president-elect of Commercial Real Estate Women of San Antonio (CREW).
DALLAS – Greystone acquired a 12-member multifamily team from SNV led by Todd Franks. In 2018, Greystone added an eight-member Houston team from National Apartment Advisors.
