HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – Woodbranch Management has named Stream Realty Partners as the exclusive leasing partner for its 1.1 million-square-foot, six-building office portfolio in Houston.
The portfolio comprises four buildings in the Westchase submarket: 9800 Richmond Ave., 3100 S. Gessner Rd., 11000 Richmond Ave., and the 21-story Millennium Tower.
Millennium Tower, at 10375 Richmond Ave., is undergoing major renovations. Two additional properties in the Galleria submarket — 1775 St. James Place and 4265 San Felipe St. — will also receive extensive renovations to modernize and reposition the assets for current tenant needs.
“The combination of all six properties, along with the planned renovations, makes any building in the Woodbranch portfolio an attractive option for tenants seeking modern office space that supports their business operations,” said Ryan Barbles, managing director for Stream.
Stream’s office leasing team assigned to the portfolio includes Senior Vice President Brad Fricks; Vice Presidents Craig McKenna and Mat Volz; Senior Associates Adam Ross and Matt Asvestas; and Associate Elliot Collie. This team will lead leasing efforts across the six properties, coordinating tenant outreach, marketing, and space modernization strategies.
Completed in 1982, the 370,000-square-foot Millennium Tower sits in the Westchase area along the Sam Houston Tollway. Woodbranch Management is a Houston-based firm led by Philip Schneidau and is advancing a renovation program to update the portfolio’s amenities, building systems, and common areas to meet contemporary workplace standards.
