Fidelis Realty Acquires Prime North Texas Property

DENTON, Texas – Fidelis Realty Partners of Bellaire has acquired Rayzor Ranch Town Center along with 60 acres of adjacent land for development in Denton, North Texas.
The company plans to develop up to 300,000 square feet of retail space on the site, which is located along Interstate 35. Rick Coe, head of Fidelis’ Dallas–Fort Worth office, told the Fort Worth Star-Telegram that construction is expected to begin later this year.
Fidelis, which owns Meyerland Plaza in Houston, purchased the Rayzor Ranch project from RED Development.
Led by CEO Alan Hassenflu, Fidelis manages a retail portfolio totaling approximately 10 million square feet across Texas, Louisiana, New Mexico and Tennessee.
