Honeywell Signs Lease for 114,068 SF Office in Westchase

HOUSTON – Realty News Report – Honeywell has leased 114,068 square feet of office space at CityWestPlace in the Westchase District.
CityWestPlace is a four-building office campus totaling approximately 1.5 million square feet and is managed by Parkway Property Investments, LLC.
Honeywell was represented in the lease negotiations by Rich Pancioli and John Morris of CBRE. JP Hutcheson led the transaction on behalf of Parkway.
The company will relocate its Honeywell Process Solutions business to Building 1 at CityWestPlace, establishing its primary Houston operations there. Honeywell is expanding from its current Houston headquarters and will occupy space for roughly 750 employees. The long-term lease is set to begin late in 2019.
Located on 35 acres of landscaped grounds, CityWestPlace features multiple on-site amenities, including three dining options, two fitness centers, a soccer field, an outdoor running track, a sand volleyball court, an indoor basketball court, a horseshoe pit, and a bocce ball court.
