Houston Hotel Company Moves Headquarters: What It Means for the City

HOUSTON — American Liberty Hospitality, a Houston-based hotel company led by Nick Massad Jr., has signed a lease for 6,700 square feet of office space in west Houston to serve as its corporate headquarters.

American Liberty Hospitality operates multiple properties in Houston, including the 262-room Embassy Suites and The Sam Houston Hotel, in addition to other hotels across Texas and Louisiana.

The new office is located at 2901 Wilcrest Drive, just south of Westheimer Road and west of the Sam Houston Tollway. The tenant was represented in the lease negotiations by Dan Boyles Jr. and Liz Westcott-Brown of NAI Partners.

Evelyn Ward of Transwestern represented the landlord, Soluxe International USA LLC, in the transaction.

Prior to this relocation, American Liberty Hospitality maintained offices on Richmond Avenue for nearly two decades. Nick Massad Jr. has held leadership roles in the hospitality community, including chairing the Greater Houston Convention and Visitors Bureau and serving as president of the Houston Hotel and Motel Association. He has also served on the Dean’s Advisory Board for the Conrad N. Hilton College of Hotel & Restaurant Management at the University of Houston.
