Drayton McLane Company Leases Houston Distribution Facility

HOUSTON – McLane Group International, the company owned by former Houston Astros owner Drayton McLane, has signed a lease for 159,785 square feet at the Interstate Commerce Center located at 1902 Cypress Station Drive in Houston.
CBRE broker Patrick Rollins represented McLane Group International, LP in the lease negotiations. The landlord, Hillwood Investment Properties, was represented in the transaction by Stream Realty.
McLane Global is a recognized leader in logistics and supply chain management. The company provides specialized food logistics and end-to-end supply chain solutions for major U.S. brands across categories such as dry grocery, chilled and frozen goods, household products, and health and beauty care.
Hillwood Investment Properties, the property owner, is part of the Dallas-based Hillwood organization, a development and investment firm led by Ross Perot Jr.
